I chanced upon the review of this garlic press and was startled by the one star rating. We've had the Pedrini garlic press for years and my wife loves it. Perhaps the basket is small, but the surface angle is irrelevant to the efficiency of the press. Further, the cleaning prongs fit precisely into every hole. It cleans as well as others I've seen. It's a good tool.
