My mom has the best egg slicer I've ever used. I bought this one, since it looks similar - but it's not quite the same! I do disagree with some of the other reviews (how interesting is it supposed to be to slice up an egg?) I think this slicer is functional and simple, plus it's got a nice design and it's small. Very easy to clean too!
Description of Pedrini Black & Satin Egg Slicer
Garnish a casserole or hors d'oeuvre plate with perfect ovals of hard-boiled egg produced by this egg slicer. Simply raise the lid, place the hard-boiled egg either sideways or lengthwise in the cradle, and lower the lid. Ten stainless-steel wires slice effortlessly through the egg. Measuring 6 inches in length, the durable black plastic slicer is long enough to rest on a bowl in order to catch the slices.
